Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for and how you can ask us to change or delete it. We follow the Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 of Peru and its regulations.

Who we are

Novtiq is a team that builds websites, systems, apps and automations for small and medium-sized businesses. We work from Chiclayo, Lambayeque, Peru, and we are responsible for the data you share with us on this site.

What data we collect

We only collect what you give us when you use the forms on this site.

  • Contact form: your name, your email, your phone or WhatsApp number (if you share it), your company name, the type of project, your approximate budget and your message.
  • Newsletter: just your email.

We don't ask for sensitive data, such as your health, religion or ethnic origin. Please don't include it in your message.

What we use it for

  • To answer your inquiry and, if you ask us to, put together a proposal for your project.
  • To send you the newsletter, only if you subscribed.

We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

To keep the site running, we work with two providers:

  • Resend, which sends the contact form emails and stores the newsletter list. Its servers are outside Peru, so your data is transferred to another country.
  • Vercel, which hosts the site.

These providers only use your data to deliver that service to us. We don't share your data with anyone else, unless an authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages, for up to 2 years or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Your newsletter email, until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

The law gives you these rights over your data, known in Peru as ARCO rights:

  • Access: find out what data we have about you and how we use it.
  • Rectification: correct it if it's wrong or incomplete.
  • Cancellation: ask us to delete it.
  • Objection: ask us to stop using it.

To use them, email us at info@novtiq.dev with the subject “Personal data”. We'll reply within the time limits set by law.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter

You can stop receiving it at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to us at info@novtiq.dev.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, or any tools that measure your visit. That's why we don't show you a cookie banner.

Minors

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. If you're a minor, please ask an adult to contact us on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with the updated date at the top.
